Refund & Return Policy

Please note that if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Customers are entitled to a refund or return in the following cases:

  1. The customer received the wrong product.
  2. The product has some defects (point no. 8 will be applied to it).
  3. The product was damaged during shipping (you can get an exchange free of cost, or if you prefer a refund, please contact us via our provided email).
  4. The product is tampered with.

Please Note: Change of mind returns are not applicable.

There is a 25% restocking fee for every customer, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return.

If the order is canceled or refunded by the customer due to any reason, the customer has to bear a transaction fee of 5%.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Exchange (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sales@caitlinbags.com and await our reply. We will provide you with the return address for the exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. If you've completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us for further assistance at sales@caitlinbags.com.

Sale Items (if applicable): Yes, our 7 Days Return & Refund Policy applies to sale items as well.
